About Howard

Howard possesses more than 22 years of comprehensive professional experience in injection molding and mold building.

  • He launched his career in 2004 at a medium-scale Chinese injection molding company, where he spent eight years laying a solid foundation in injection molding process design, parameter adjustment, mold assembly, and basic defect troubleshooting.
  • In 2012, he joined a specialized precision injection molding company. He spent the next nine years learning advanced molding techniques like gas-assisted injection, precision injection, and insert injection. He also became an expert in mold structure design, material selection, processing accuracy control, and optimizing mass production stability.
  • He has been a key technical member of KingStar since 2021. For the past five years, he has used all of his knowledge of injection molding parameter optimization, mold building, defect resolution, and cost-effective solution development to help improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
