6 Steps to Complete Your Project

Step 1

Initial Consultation & File Submission

  • Discuss project needs and materials with our team.
  • Submit your 3D file (STL or other formats) for processing.

  • Finalize material selection based on prototype requirements.

Step 2

Creating the Master Model

  • We process your 3D file and create the master model using SLA.
  • Harden, clean, and finish the model (sanding, graining, etc.).
  • Add parting line markers for easier mold opening.

Step 3

Mold Creation

  • Place the master model in a box and pour silicone to create the mold.
  • Once cured, carefully open the mold and remove the master.

Step 4

Duplication Process

  • Seal the mold and mix polyurethane materials under vacuum.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and cure it in a heated oven.
  • Demold the part and inspect for quality.

Quality Check & Final Adjustments

  • Perform a quality check to ensure accuracy.
