Our triple offset butterfly valve follows API 609, Class 150, with a WCB body and CF8M disc. We tested it in our factory on clean media, and found zero visible leakage. Because the truss-framed disc clears the flow path at full open, pressure drop stays very low. The valve comes with a worm gear and handwheel. Simple and reliable. It works on water, oil, gas, steam, seawater, dilute acids, and alkalis. -
This is a 16" (DN400) Class 150 triple offset butterfly valve. The body is ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel. The disc is CF8 stainless steel. The seat is a laminated metal ring of SS304 and graphite. The triple offset design lifts the disc off the seat at the start of travel, eliminating rubbing and wear while delivering bubble-tight shut-off after thousands of cycles. The wafer type connection fits between ASME B16.5 flanges. Operation is a worm gear with handwheel, smooth and self-locking. The valve meets API 609 Category B and is tested to API 598.

Tested per API 598 hydrostatic, the valve shows zero visible leakage. The lug type connection fits ASME B16.5 flanges. Operation is by worm gear with handwheel. Suitable media include oil, gas, chemical, steam and seawater. There are no rubber components inside. Temperature range goes from -29°C up to 400°C.
