This DN150 (6") Class 150 swing check valve is designed to API 603 and BS 1868. The body is cast from CK3MCuN super duplex stainless steel, and the disc and trim are CK3MCuN with Stellite 6 hardfacing. End connections are RF flanged to ASME B16.5. The valve operates automatically to prevent flow reversal. The swing disc provides reliable sealing, and the super duplex material offers excellent resistance to corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly in seawater and chloride-containing environments. It is suitable for industrial pipeline systems that require backflow prevention under moderate pressure and highly corrosive conditions.
