We can handle common vector graphic formats, such as AI, EPS or PDF, depending on the branding method and production requirements. Vector drawings are the first choice because they can be scaled without loss of clarity. If you only have the Logo in raster image (raster image/ bitmap) format, we can also review it and then judge whether it needs to be converted into a format suitable for production before marking.
It depends on your priority needs. Laser marking is usually used for clear and precise logo and compact logo. Engraving is to leave a physical dent in the valve material.Nameplates can provide a larger exhibition area for the brand logo and detailed technical parameters.We will evaluate your valve arraignment and branding requirements to recommend the most suitable solution.
Laser marking – clean, permanent and high precision.
Laser marking oxidizes or etch the surface of a component by guiding a focused light beam, thus generating a permanent mark. This process removes very little material, so it is very suitable for finished machined surfaces.Laser treatment only modifies the surface of the material. If a thick industrial coating is applied after marking, the laser etched marks may be covered. As a non-contact process, it will not bring mechanical stress to the parts.
Engraving – deep, durable and paintable
Marking, especially pneumatic dot peen, uses mechanical stylus to press out dents on materials to form characters with depth. We choose this method because it can stand the test of subsequent rigorous processes. Physical dented marks may accumulate debris during the service life. As this is a contact-based process, proper fixturing is needed to prevent the parts from shifting.
Metal nameplates – large amount of information, strong brand display and high flexibility
Nameplates are physical signs mounted onto the valve. Commonly used materials include stainless steel, aluminum and specialty polymers. Generally, embossing, engraving or laser marking are used. For hygienic-critical applications, such as pharmaceutical service, welded nameplates will form hard-to-sanitary cracks, so they are generally not adopted. Embossed nameplates have excellent durability. Its raised characters are scratch-resistant and readable even under dirty operating conditions.

Yes. We can store independent brand standards for each product line, covering different logo versions, model coding rules, nameplate styles, color identification schemes and document typesetting formats. Each product series follows its own approved branding rules, while ensuring that all products in the same series are consistent in branding presentation.
Before production, we will check the confirmed logo file, marking process, marking position, size specifications and product information to be displayed. We can provide digital typesetting drawings, artwork proof or samples for your confirmation. All confirmed brand specifications will be archived as a reference for subsequent production, which is convenient for your repeat orders.Before each shipment, we will make a final inspection, including the location, appearance and clarity of the brand logo, and whether all product identification information is complete.
Once you confirm the brand specifications, we will strictly follow the confirmed drawings and marking standards. If you need to adjust the brand information after the production starts, we will evaluate the impact of these changes on the finished products and the ongoing production work, and give the corresponding treatment plan so as to update the remaining batches. We will inform you of all the impact on delivery and cost, and you can decide whether to implement the change.
