Frequently Asked Questions

Private label allows you to sell valves under your own brand, while we use the existing product line for production. You don’t need to develop products from scratch, just choose mature valve models from our product catalog. We will make customized adjustments according to your brand image.

We are responsible for production, quality control and compliance, while you can focus on brand building, marketing and distribution. We can also make adjustments according to your requirements, and support logo engraving, customized packaging and all supporting documents, such as test report, material certificate and operating manual.

Private Label is best for distributors, importers and brands who want to launch product lines quickly can save significant upfront engineering investment.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) adopts the Build-to-Print mode. You have complete ownership of design, engineering drawings and intellectual property rights. The manufacturer’s responsibility is to produce valves in strict accordance with your specifications.

You provide CAD documents, material specifications (such as WCB, CF8M, Monel) and performance requirements. The foundry is responsible for casting the valve body, machining the components and completing the assembly according to your drawings. The finished valve carries your brand, and these products cannot be sold to third parties.

OEM is best for engineering companies, EPC contractors, and brands that have independent designs and want to protect intellectual property rights.

ODM (Original Design and Manufacture) means that you put forward the product concept or analyze the market demand, and then we design a brand-new valve for your project from scratch. We are your all-round R&D and manufacturing partner, and turn your initial idea into a real valve that can be mass-produced.

You tell us your target requirements, such as the need for a high-pressure ball valve for hydrogen service, and it should meet the specific installation size. Our engineering team is responsible for design, material selection, FEA analysis, prototype manufacturing, testing and verification, and the final delivered products fully meet your performance standards.

ODM is best for those enterprises that have clear product ideas or find market gaps, but no internal engineering team can independently complete the design and development.

The decision comes down to where you are in the product development cycle and what resources you have available:

Yes. We provide expedited production services for urgent OEM demands, subject to material availability and current workshop capacity.

Expedited production measures include:

  • Priority allocation of production resources
  • Streamlined internal approval workflows
  • Accelerated production scheduling (shift work arranged where necessary)

Typical lead time reduction: 30% – 40% shorter than standard lead times.

Important Notes

Expedited production may incur additional surcharges (normally 10% – 20%), determined by order urgency and technical complexity.

Confirmed fast-track delivery dates are only available after verifying material stock and the latest production schedule.

Air freight or expedited shipping can be arranged at separate, chargeable rates.

For first-time production runs or orders requiring special materials, expedited options are limited. We will carry out an honest assessment and inform you of achievable timelines.

We follow MSS SP-25 as the reference standard and fully comply with all marking specifications provided by customers.

Supported marking options:

  • Customer logo: Permanent marking via steel stamping, laser engraving or custom nameplates
  • Product identification: Model number, size, pressure class and material grade
  • Traceability codes: Heat numbers, batch codes and serial numbers
  • Standard certification marks: API, ASME, CE and other applicable certifications

Important Note: Custom marking may extend the production lead time by 2–3 working days, depending on marking methods and order volume. All marking details will be confirmed at the sample approval stage.

Yes. EN 10204 3.2 certification is available on request. We work with accredited inspection bodies and can satisfy your needs for witness testing and customised documentation.

Yes, we accept consigned raw materials from customers. This arrangement suits clients with existing material stock, exclusive proprietary alloys or designated preferred suppliers.

We maintain standard specifications for customer-supplied materials: all materials must be accompanied by MTC certificates complying with EN 10204 3.1 or equivalent standards.

Upon receipt of materials and before production commences, we conduct PMI positive material identification and dimensional checks. Customer materials are stored separately with clear labelling to avoid mix-ups.

We shall not be liable for inherent defects within customer-supplied raw materials. However, we can provide complete traceability records linking your raw materials to finished valves.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity; requirements depend on valve type, size and material grade.

For standard carbon steel and stainless steel ball valves (2’’ to 8’’), our typical MOQ stands at 50–100 units per specification.

For special alloy valves including duplex steel, Hastelloy, Monel, or large-bore valves above 12’’, the MOQ is normally 10–30 units due to high material costs and longer production lead times.

We also support small-batch OEM orders for brand certification and market trials. Subject to specific specifications, orders can be as low as 10–20 units.

We recommend confirming quantity requirements during the inquiry stage, as we can deliver flexible solutions for different project phases.
